Had a sudden craving for 薏米水 but couldn't find it in the local store. Tried our luck at the mall yesterday and managed to buy a pack of barley, green bean and sago. This evening, I tried my hands at one of my mum's signature dish.
Ended up with a huge pot that P said looked like it could have served 10. This is going to be my staple for the whole of tomorrow!
