Interaction with in-laws

Since we shifted out, my tuition classes with the kids couldn't be as flexible as before. Sometime back, P's sister and I reached a consensus that Wednesdays will be tuition nights. We got back to our old place last evening, had my classes, followed by dinner with everyone else. P's parents were there. Since my FIL's discharge, he had decided to spend more time in the city and not go back to their farm house as frequently as before. We left at about 8pm when P's parents were getting ready to turn in.

I am happy and appreciate this somewhat insulated kind of family intimacy that we are sharing right now. Having a family dinner then bidding our goodbyes feel so much like a grown-up's family life.
